BEST Customer Servce I've EVER had.. I had been a loyal Toyota owner for the last 25 years so of course the Toyota dealership was my 1st stop when it was time to buy a new car. I only sp I had been a loyal Toyota owner for the last 25 years so of course the Toyota dealership was my 1st stop when it was time to buy a new car. I only spent 5 minutes talking to a sales rep & had a feeling in my gut to leave so I did. Valley Honda was right down the street so I went in only cause I had some free time. WELL, that's when I met Joe....and throughout the entire process from start to finish, he became not only my salesperson but he was my confidant, my "hand holder" and the guy who was eager to answer all my questions (I'd guess the number of questions was in the hundreds). So, once I finally got my nerves under control (which I never could have done without Joe's patience and understanding), I ended up buying my first brand new car EVER....a 2014 Civic that I absolutley love!!!! I'll NEVER have to go into another dealership again....because of Joe, I'm gonna be a loyal Valley Honda customer forever. Thanks so much Joe!!!!! More

Repeat customer So I just purchased my 6th Honda, and the last 4 have all been from Valley Honda and salesman Joseph Barsalona! Brand New Honda Civic I went to the dealer for an oil change but they looked at my car and it was not safe to drive in it's current condition.
