From the very beginning I couldn't be happier with the service of Bill Terhorst. Not only is he representing a quality dealership, but they we're the only dealership I could find with the model I wanted t service of Bill Terhorst. His professionalism was at it's best when trying to get me the deal that I wanted. He put every effort in trying to get the deal I wanted and kept a positive attitude considering the fact I kept trying to negotiate the price. Unfortunately the 2012 Civic Si was not in stock nor produced, but Bill was very imformative when it came to updating me with the status of my long awaited car. In the end all, Bill kept me extremely satisfied till the very day my car arrived and alleviated a correction on my VIN number promptly. I think Mario Morath has done a wonderful job during the whole process. I think I had the best experience when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I purchased a new Honda CRV from Luis Cordero and had the best experience ever buying a car. I initially sent a request for a quote and several e-mails and several phone calls later that day, the process wa best experience ever buying a car. When I first called Luis he did not have the car on the lot that I wanted but while I was on the phone he looked to see what was on order. Exactly what I wanted was already on order so I put a deposit down that day. He kept me up to date on when the car would arrive with e-mails. I week before it was due, it arrived. We arrived at the dealership on Saturday about 11:00 and were amazed at how big it was and how many cars were available. As soon as we were telling a man at the door who we were there to see, the receptionist was paging Luis. He came right up and we were out the door for a test drive. The entire process took only 2 hours. Amazing service, courteous staff, just a great experience. No hassle like the old days. I love my CRV and would recommend LUIS CORDERO and VALLEY HONDA to everyone!!!! More
