I was contacted by Mario after I had gone online. Right from the get go I informed him "I am not a stupid woman. I know what I want and when I want it." He answered all of my questions. He stuck with me as often as I changed my mind.If he did not hear from me every few days he contacted me and kept up with me to see where I was at. He never pushed as most do. He always made it a suggestion not a push. In my search for my new Honda I did of course contact other dealers. I was not impressed by the others, especially the extremely arrogant salesman at Bemis Honda in Dekalb. He made my purchase decision very easy to go through Valley Honda. My daughter will be purchasing a new car soon and Valley Honda it is. More

We had been researching Coupe Models and had narrowed it down to Volkswagen (Beetle) and Honda(Civic). We were looking for a model with good MPG ratings, curb appeal, and interior options. He drove up in(spoiler alert!) our car, a charcoal grey beauty that we loved. Bill walked us through the features and we went for a test drive. We were sold! Not only were we impressed with the Civic, but Bill's no-pressure approach was a refreshing change to previous auto purchasing adventures. I went to Valley Honda to buy a new car, and my experience was exceptional. I was able to trade in my old car and receive a fair price on the new car without any hassle. From the very beginning I couldn't be happier with the service of Bill Terhorst. Not only is he representing a quality dealership, but they we're the only dealership I could find with the model I wanted t service of Bill Terhorst. Not only is he representing a quality dealership, but they we're the only dealership I could find with the model I wanted to test drive in this down economy. His professionalism was at it's best when trying to get me the deal that I wanted. He put every effort in trying to get the deal I wanted and kept a positive attitude considering the fact I kept trying to negotiate the price. Unfortunately the 2012 Civic Si was not in stock nor produced, but Bill was very imformative when it came to updating me with the status of my long awaited car. In the end all, Bill kept me extremely satisfied till the very day my car arrived and alleviated a correction on my VIN number promptly.
