My past experience at a car dealership was not a good one - I explained my hesitation to Sean and the fact that I was hesitant about purchasing a new car because of the last car I purchased was a "lemon". Sean assured me that he would try and make sure I had a better experience this time. I was able to work out an acceptable deal with them and now I have a reliable, dependable car I can drive, without worrying about what might go wrong this time. Sean did stick to his word and made sure my experience at Valley Honda was a pleasant one and it really didn't take all that much time to complete the deal once I decided what I wanted. Everyone else at Valley Honda were also very friendly, fast, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. We went to the auto show in Feb. but were not able to get close enough to any vehicles due to the crowds to make any kind of decision, but did narrow it down to a crossover SUV. After an extensive internet search to read reviews on overall quality, safety and pricing information, we set out to several dealerships in the area to take test drives of the three models that we were interested in. We had already considered and took test drives of the Rav4 and Rogue. We honestly were not in any hurry and being retired, had all the time in the world to shop. Sean Aceto was our salesman. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, but what I liked most about Sean was that if he wasn't sure out something, he would go ask and return with the answer. He maintained his very polite and patient demeanor throughout our visit. We took all three models of the CR-V's for a test drive, and although we started out thinking we wanted the basic model without any added features, but we absolutely loved the CR-V EX-L largely in part because of Sean's knowledge of the navigation system and blue tooth technology. Sean expertly pointed out all the car features while we were driving. We even pulled over into a parking lot so he could better show me how to sync my cell phone and try out the back-up camera. So within a short time at Valley Honda, we knew our search was over and decided that the CR-V was the car we wanted. Valley Honda did not have the color with the options we wanted on the lot and Sean did not try to get us to settle for one of colors they did have. I really appreciated that he understood that it was important to me to have the car I wanted. With the help of a manger, they searched until they found availability of the exact color and options we wanted and offered the same deal. When our car came in less than a week later, we were thrilled. Sean did an excellent job at describing the Protection plan and optional items to add to car. Sean made sure I was comfortable in the car and we tried out and set all the controls before leaving the dealership. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We keep cars for a long time and I am looking forward to continued excellent service from Valley Honda. Thank you Sean! More

I was looking to buy my first new car a week ago, and Sean was great in helping me out with everything I needed. He explained the Protector extremely well with demonstrations and personal stories. Sean made sure that I knew the differences between 2011 Civic LX and EX along with the 2012 editions. He gave us a nice tour of the building, including the warehouse area. All in all, it was a great experience at Valley Honda Aurora/Naperville in buying a 2011 Honda Civic LX, as Sean was a great combination of knowledge, friendliness, and communicating the facts. More
