After I had inquired about their vehicles from their website, I was then contacted by my eventual salesman, Brandon Sullivan. Throughout my research for a new vehicle, I corresponded with many different people from other dealerships, but Brandon was the one who stood heads above the rest. He was very prompt with his replies and took the time to answer the many questions I peppered him both through email and on the phone and from there, a deal to my liking was struck. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I knew I had made the right choice to go with Valley Honda. Brandon already had my paperwork with the agreed upon price ready! After a test drive, I was given a tour of the dealership and I was truly amazed by the facility. From the professionals roaming the sales floor to the busy service area, the place is simply top notch. I was particularly impressed by the waiting area for the service area. At Valley, long gone are days of sitting around staring at a tv or reading an old magazine. This place has a cybercafé and if you have the little ones around, they have an age suitable computer area for them as well! Coming here for maintenance definitely won’t be a drag. A month after I drove off with my 2014 CRV, I received a call from Brandon following up to see how things were going with my new vehicle, which I am very happy with. His call is what compelled me to write up this review. I highly recommend Brandon Sullivan because he indeed does go the extra mile to help the customer feel at ease without that weird “car salesman” urgency. He made what can sometimes be a very daunting experience, quite easy. He knows his stuff and will take the time to make sure you’re comfortable with the process before you drive off. More

Valley Honda was the first dealer I visited to get basic information about the Honda Civic Coupe I wanted to buy. Joe Barsalona talked with me first. He was laid-back and didn't hesitate to give me the information I requested, even information on the dealer's cost for the car. I went to two other dealerships that evening. One was fine, the other was horrid. The salesman at the second one was aggressive and refused to give me any information. I made an appointment with Mr. Barsalona and a gentleman at another dealership that Saturday. When I got there, Mr. Barsalona was busy, so Eileen Davis took me for the test drive. She seemed quite friendly and down-to-earth. I was pretty amazed when my first offer was accepted. There was no pressure to buy add-ons or extended warranties. My $100 deposit was accepted with just a little pressure to make it $200 or $500. I've bought new cars twice before in my life and this was, by far, the least stressful and most pleasant experience I've had. I was also impressed by the tutorial Ms. Davis gave my husband and me when we came to pick up the car. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained things well. I liked how she showed concern for my safety when she discussed why it might be a good idea to have just the driver's door open when the car is placed in park. Ms. Davis was also thorough when it came to explaining the warranty, lemon law, etc. I really love my new car and believe that Ms. Davis made my experience at Valley Honda a good one. More

Right when I walked through the door it was a pleasant experience. The building itself is very nice, and their were many people at the front desk for help. Joe was very courteous and helpful. My Infiniti was rear-ended at a traffic light and was totaled. So I was thrown into the car market when the day before, buying a car was not on my radar.. After a lot of careful research through the internet, I'd narrowed the field to about 3 different suvs. Since I've been a Realtor for over 20 years, I'm supersensitive to salesmen. I feel if my clients like me and trust me, they'll find a way to buy through me. If they know I have their best interests at heart, they're comfortable making a decision. Such was the case with Joe. He was very patient and he allowed me to vent some of the hazards I was navigating to arrive at my choice. Valley Honda was like a giant machine but it is well run and the people are very courteous. Joe is an asset to the car industry. More
I entered Valley Honda with little expectations having just come from another dealer who was not offering much and didn't seem to listen. I talked with Andrew Becker who showed me the different Civic Models. He listened to my needs, talked about options and took me for a test drive. Next we talked price, I was looking for their best deal and a few incentives later I was very happy with the price quoted. I needed to go home and come back with my wife and Andrew needed to attend to another customer's request so he set me up with Brandon Brabec. Brandon was professional and caring. He went through the rest of the process with great attentiveness and new the product well. He took me through the business end and finally through the car pick-up area and answered all of my questions. While Andrew and Brandon are young salesmen, I hope they keep their customer first approach and know that Valley Honda is a better place because of their hard work. This is our first Honda, but plan on going back hoping to receive the same type of service and attention that Andrew and Brandon gave us. Thanks More

The entire buying process was very smooth and not nearly as stressful as it has been in the past for me. The entire place is very efficient and well organized. I was most pleased with my experience after I had purchased my car and all of the paperwork was complete. I could have easily been pushed out the door (it was already well past closing), but instead, Joe took the time to walk me through (in even greater detail than before) all of the advanced features that came with my new car. This was definitely not expected and truly shows dedication to customer service. More

We also felt Iike he knew how to treat a customer. He was very honest and forthright about our deal and what was going to happen.
