Joe worked with us to schedule a convenient time for a test drive and had one of the vehicles that we were considering ready for our test drive when we arrived at the dealer. He let my wife and I take the vehicle for a brief test drive all by ourselves. This enabled us to enjoy a relaxed drive and chat about the vehicle openly between us. Joe then provided a tour of the entire dealer facility and addressed questions we had about the shuttle service to my office during normal service. Afterwards, Joe asked us about OUR NEEDS and verified that the vehicle we drove was the best choice to meet OUR NEEDS. After discussing some options and opportunities, we both arrived at a deal that was fair for us and for the dealer. Joe then assisted us in transferring our belongings from our trade in to our new car and helped us "pair" our smartphones with the bluetooth system in our new car. He has been extremely responsive on a couple of questions we have had post sale about how our vehicle works. We are so impressed with Joe that we're already working to refer our friends to him not only for a Honda but also to be treated with respect during the anxious times associated with buying a new car.
