I am writing this review to let you know that you don't necessarily need to buy a car in order to get great service from Mario. I wanted to trade in my car for a new CRV, and a friend recommended Valley Ho necessarily need to buy a car in order to get great service from Mario. Mario was very patient and efficient, and always promptly answered my calls and endless questions via email. Although I did not buy a car in the end, Mario remained polite and professional. Dwan was awesome to work with, very knowledgable about the products, financing, and had a great understanding of what our needs were. The process moved very quickly, and Dwan spent a great deal of time with my wife and I making sure everything was going well for us. Most importantly, Dwan was genuine in his efforts.
