I was not disappointed when I later came in to purchase our new vehicle. Mario took the time to explain the inventory and all purchase options. Although Valley did not have the Black CR-V LX we wanted, he offered to find one for us. As time was even more important than the color, we went for an upgrade to the AWD model. Valley offered an equally competitive price for this model. The paperwork and purchase went smoothly and I gladly drove off in a great new SUV. I gladly surprise my wife, who thought we'd have to wait a few days for her dream vehicle. YEA! More

At the time of purchase I was told the car had new tires. I was shown the bill by Joe and Manny that new tires had been put on the car. Before I had the new plates installed I noticed that one of the front tires was leaking and upon further inspection both front tires were badly dry rotted. Upon going back to speak with Joe about the tires we found that the bill was not for new tires, but rather just rebalancing. Seemed like an honest error - I had hoped that this would be quickly resolved but I am still waiting for the rotted and leaking tires to be replaced. As you can read below I was happy with the initial transaction, but am having second thoughts about going here again. It is like pulling teeth to get this error corrected and I feel like they are just waiting in out until I give up. ***Written October 30th*** I returned to Valley Honda to find a used Honda Accord or similar vehicle after a total loss accident. Joe Barsalona was very helpful in comparing different vehicles. I felt no pressure from Joe to move above my price range or him stearing me into a new car as I have in other dealerships. I also appreciated Valley Honda and Joe providing flexibility while I was waiting for my insurance check for my replacement car. I have recommended Joe to several friends and in the future when I need another vehicle I will undoubtedly return and ask for Joe. More

After initially contacting the dealership, I spoke with Mario at length about the condition of the vehicle, and he went out of his way to take photos with his phone and sent them via e-mail promptly. He also assured us that they would hold the car until we arrived. Since we live out of state, and over three hours away, this was the deciding factor in visiting the dealership. After we arrived, we test drove the vehicle and ultimately purchased the car. During the entire process, Mario was attentive and accommodating - going above and beyond in fulfilling our needs. Went in today to buy/lease by first new car, Brian walked us through the whole process in a fast efficient way, really he made buying a car as painless as possible. The environment of the dealership has a real nice modern look with a nice lobby and a nice waiting area with complementary coffee and snacks, several seats, computers are also available for you and the kids, laptops also are free to borrow also. Everyone at the business was just friendly, it was just all in all a great first experience buying a new car. Valley Honda has a new lifetime costumer, thanks Brian I appreciate all your help!!! He showed and explained to me how everything works especially the dashboard and the use of the blue tooth. The whole experience was so smooth with these 2 gentlemen. This is my 13th car and so far I call this my best time spent in a dealership. Now I am just waiting for their call for the wheel locks and splash guards installed.
