We were still deciding if the Odyssey fit our needs, so James offered for us to take the minivan home for a few hours to get a better feel for it. Through the whole process, my husband and I felt very confident that James was not pushing us toward a car or an extra that didn’t suit us. Our two young kids were with us, and James helped make the process a lot less stressful by understanding that they would need our attention at times. He set them up with coloring books, computer games, and television to keep them entertained. Overall, it seemed like James was acting like a guide who helped us through the buying process. In the end, price was a main priority for us, and we believe that James helped us get the best price possible. We’ve bought another vehicle from Valley Honda, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the facility, the staff, or the vehicles. More

I went to the dealership because Don Davis is a friend of the family but he was busy so he brought Nick over to help us and right off the bat he was very energetic cool guy .... By the end of my visit we ma the family but he was busy so he brought Nick over to help us and right off the bat he was very energetic cool guy .... By the end of my visit we made a friendship and ended up seeing pictures of his family.. And he took one of me and my mom with my new car n emailed to us thought that was really sweet!! Dwan was fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very straight forward and very flexible. Dwan overnight-ed some paper work in order to make the deal go more smoothly. I could have gotten the car for a few hundred dollars cheaper from another dealer but chose Valley Honda because I knew their would be no surprises and Dwan's attention to detail was impeccable. Dwan made the whole experience very transparent and that is why I chose to purchase their. He worked very closely with the finance manager who was also terrific. Dwan was the reason I bought the car. Jack McMahon was a very well trained and respectful employee. He assisted me in every way possible and he answered all of my questions. He was able to work with me to find a great price for my CR-V. employee. He assisted me in every way possible and he answered all of my questions. Im so glad to be lucky enough to find a sales person as professional and well knowledgeable as Jack was. I will be sure to come again with future family memebers to buy cars from Jack. It was because of him that I will be returning and reccommending everyone I know to go to Valley Honda. Be Steve, We had a wonderful experience with our Odyssey purchase last Thursday (July 7) and I just wanted to express my gratitude in an e-mail. Because we don't have any family nearby that can baby sit our 19-month old son, we don't have easy access to baby sitters on short notice. Hence, we have to take our son with us car shopping which makes things more complicated since he can often be cantankerous. I want to note all the good things you did as it will help Valley Honda better serve its customers: 1. Diligently worked with me via e-mail to find the Odyssey that best fit our needs.This minimized time in the dealership. 2. Once we had chosen the Odyssey model, negotiated the sale price over e-mail. Again, minimizing the time in dealership. 3. Had us fill out as required paper work prior to getting to the dealership. 4. Once we showed up at the dealership, you let *each* of us test drive the Odyssey and thoroughly described all its features and showed us the color options. 5. You went as far as offering to work out of the kids room so we can get the paperwork completed while being mindful of my son's needs. 6. Many things to make us feel at home, like offering us a beverage. 7. Made practical suggestions to keep my son entertained, e.g. bring a toy out of the kids room into the main show room. 8. At several points during the sale process, you asked us how we were doing and gave us the option of continuing the process at a later date. I did not feel under any pressure from Valley Honda to complete the transaction in the same day. 9. Came out with me to the parking lot to make sure I got all my personal items out of our trade-in vehicle. Reminded me of common items that are frequently forgotten. 10. Even though it was after official closing hours at Valley Honda, walked us over to our new 2012 Honda Odyssey and made sure it was set-up correctly. In summary, we are very happy with customer service you provided us. The Honda Odyssey was just the family car we were looking for and everybody thinks its fantastic. I will recommend you personally to my work colleagues and I will continue giving Honda Valley my business as long as I live in this area. Have a good rest of the summer. More
