The dealership,itself, was outstanding. There were plenty of places for my family to wait while the test drives were going on and while the negotiations took place. From the comfortable chairs, to the flat screen televisions to the computers and charging stations, the dealership was top notch. Pat was an outstanding salesman who located multiple cars for us off the lot and let us take time to look at each one and think about what was best for us. The Sales Manager, Kurt Gonzales, came over to introduce himself while Pat was looking for one of the cars we were interested in viewing. Kurt was so friendly and good natured! Between Pat and Kurt, I felt like I was with family whose only interest was in making me happy! My only reason for not putting my experience as great but good was due to the sales managers being unwilling to drop the price by 500.00 and when I drove away after purchasing the car I realized my gas tank was almost empty. I do think it would be a nice courtesy to fill the tank for anyone buying a car not just new cars. Other then that everyone was great and I would recommend valley honda to a friend. Fabulous experience. Price negotiation was very straight forward. Harvey asked what tool I had used to research pricing, and then used that tool to negotiate with me. Much better than the typical haggling forward. Harvey asked what tool I had used to research pricing, and then used that tool to negotiate with me. Much better than the typical haggling back and forth. I picked a car that was not in stock. Within 2 business days, Harvey located the car and personally drove about 250 miles to go get it. Upon delivery Harvey explained and demonstrated all of the features on my new car, and even set up my blue-tooth. I usually dread car buying, but not this time! More
