This dealership, in particular Joe Barsalona, both were recommended to me by a friend with whom I had been sharing some not so stellar experiences at other dealerships. I literally ambushed Joe on a busy Saturday, in desperate need of a car for my 17 year old daughter. Joe invited me to view the vast inventory, and produced information about, and keys for, the vehicles in which I expressed interest. He was knowledgeable about new as well as pre-owned and certified pre-owned vehicles, and explained the distinctions to me. When I still was undecided, he asked some probing questions about what my daughter's needs were vis a vis the vehicle, and directed me to what turned out to be the perfect vehicle for her. I had missed this car when I walked through the lot. Joe provided detailed information about every aspect of the vehicle, and took the time to accompany me on a test drive in order to answer questions. He was extremely affable and insightful. There was no obvious pressure to purchase a vehicle that day (as some of the other dealerships tended to exert), but rather courteous direction from Joe. He was able to offer me a reasonable price for a car which fit my specifications quite nicely, so I decided to buy it at that time. I highly recommend this dealership, and more particularly Joe Barsalona, for his excellence, knowledge, and people skills, together with a great little car which my daughter loves! More

The showroom is clean and has been remodeled recently, they provide a refrigerator with chilled bottled water for customer use, they have a comfortable area for customers to sit and wait or talk with the salesman and their service waiting area has comfortable seating, free WiFi, fresh coffee and Mac computers for customers to use. All in all Valley Honda and Nick Theodor have given us reason to return after our initial look and will keep us coming back.
