This is the 2nd time we bought a honda car with Roland. Roland is a very friendly, down-to-earth guy who is very pleasant to work with. He is not a typical salesman who tricks/pushes you into buying someth Roland is a very friendly, down-to-earth guy who is very pleasant to work with. He is not a typical salesman who tricks/pushes you into buying something you don't want/need which can be annoying. He listens to what we want/need & concerns, presents us with all available options including extras, gives practical advice and finds answers our questions. The rest of the staff is also friendly and professional and the dealership is clean with amenities you need while waiting. It just makes car buying smooth and easy that's why we like Roland and Valley Honda in general. More
