When it came down to buy it was Valley Honda and Sales consultant Iryna Hryharovich that made it easy. Living 45 minutes away and several other dealerships closer. Iryna beat everyone's price. I was in no hurry to buy, she kept in touch casually "texting" and email but also professionally until I was ready to buy. I would highly recommend contacting her. More

Our experience with Cesar in short: polite, professional, thoughtful, and honest. He is the best sales we ever met (7 at 7 dealerships, 5 different brands). He knows the cars very well, was able to point out features/tips we overlooked, and was able to address our concerns like not having parking sensors. He has genuine interest in getting us the car we love, reminding us to check out all color options on their lot. He did not try to sell us any accessory or warranty that we didn't ask for. in fact when I asked about installing the hands free tailgate feature he advised me to wait because that feature might not be essential to everyone. Finally when it came to pricing. even though I wasn't prepared at time of visit, and was simply referring to truecar price, he was honest enough that we quickly came to a price which is very competitive and I would say even if I bought the car right away I won't feel regret later after doing all the research and getting quote from twenty different dealers. Valley Honda is also very impressive for the size and environment of its service department. unfortunately I didn't buy from them because I was looking for a specific color that the don't have on lot and I wanted the car in a hurry. would definitely recommend this dealership and Cesar for my friends and other buyers. Th It was time to get rid of my Chevy Impala and look for a new (to me) car and Valley Honda has a small, yet decent selection of used cars under 10k. The one that caught my eye was the 2012 Ford Fusion with a mileage of 72k. Contact David through the website asking about the car and in the course of a few days, ended up going to the dealership to do a test drive. David met me on a Monday evening. Very nice man, not the typical pushy, fast talking sales guy you might expect at a dealership (like some I've been too). Took me out to the car (didn't have to wait long) and started going over the specs and a walk-around and eventually an interior tour prior to the test drive. David was knowledgeable about the car and kept our conversation at a casual level. The car was in great condition. Loved all the new gadgets and gizmos that came with it. All that was left was a check of the vehicle with my mechanic and writing the check. I spoke to David about my mechanic telling him that no offense to his mechanics, but they weren't necessarily looking out for my best interest. He took no offense and said that I could do that without issue. Only problem was, that it was 6pm and I wouldn't be able to do that with my mechanic until the next day. So I told him I'd be by first thing in the morning. David said he would be off then but he brought Sal over and introduced us so that I had someone to help me for the next day. Before I left, he made it clear that it was policy that used cars could not be held for anyone. I told him I understood... after all, what were the chances that in the next 3 hours before they closed, someone would buy that car before I got there in the morning? So the next morning, 9:15am and on the road to Valley Honda and I call Sal to let him know that I was on my way. I was greeted with a "hold on"... followed shortly by "you won't believe this... someone is test driving that car right now.". I still decided to go to the dealership to see how it would play out, after all, until they signed the dotted line, it was still a possibility. Sal felt so bad about the whole situation, I could tell he was being genuine about it. He couldn't believe like I couldn't believe it. While we waited on a decision from the other people, Sal offered to let me look at other cars and in particular, a Lexus that came in only a few days ago. It was an older model.. much older than I wanted to deal with (2004 vs. 2012) but he said that it only had 51k miles on it and that the car was very well taken car of. He offered to take me to take a look - why not? beats standing around. I was very surprised. The car was in almost immaculate condition. Not a rust spot to be seen. The engine looked almost brand new and so did the interior. A slight wear can be seen on the leather seats but other than that... wow! Sal offered to let me test drive it if I wanted - which I did. The car was quiet and had more get-up and go that the Ford Fusion and much more space inside (I'm 6'2"). Sal then asked if I would like to take it to my mechanic, since the people had yet to make a decision. So I did. My mechanic was very surprised. After looking it over, he had only 2 things to say. 1 - it pulled a little to the left (wasn't sure if it was tires or alignment) and 2 - the brushings were starting to crack but was told I had a while to go before needing to replace it. When I asked him about the underside of the car, he said "what it looks like inside the car is what it looks like outside". Needless to say, I was sold. I called Sal on my way back and told him that I would take it. He started the paperwork as soon as I pulled in and gave my "report" as to what my mechanic said and he promptly went to talk to the parts/service guy? (forgive me if I'm mistaken on who he talked to). When he came back, he said that they would take care of it and the Lexus was being pulled in to have an alignment done - no extra charge. Wow again! So they took care of me. Apologized for something they had no control over (selling the 2012 Ford Fusion), truly feeling bad about it and tried to make me feel better over my purchase by telling me that I came out ahead.. I think I believe them. :) So would I come back here the next time I need a car... absolutely. If you are looking for a hassle free, genuine people who do care about their customers and willing to work with you, this is the place to be. I can't speak to all the sales people, but for sure - look for Sal and/or David. They will take good care of you. More

Made it e Steve Grady was a pleasure to work with. Very Knowledgable about the CRV and kept things moving quickly, but at our pace and not too fast. Made it easy to say “yes” to the deal they offered. They made some concessions on price and trade-in to be competitive with other dealers we talked to. We’re very pleased with vehicle. Steve took time after the sale to educate us on the various instruments and controls, which is very appreciated. More
