Even when we stepped down a trim level, he kept the higher priced Pilot in the conversation, but was never pushy trying to get us back up to the higher priced vehicle. So, with no hassle, Cesar was able to put together a great deal for us in about 3 hours total: 1 visit, 2 email, and 2 phone calls and the deal was done. We were back the following day and we were signed, sealed, delivered and out the door with a brand new SUV. While other dealers were not willing to give estimated dates of arrival or pricing or any information at all, Kurt went above and beyond with helping me get information about the availability and pricing, all without pressuring me to go in. Because of timing of car availability, we were unable to purchase from Kurt. But he remained helpful and cordial the entire way. If it wasn’t for timing, we would have been willing to even pay a little extra just to buy from Kurt because he was really that great overall. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy. More

The Finance department was great each time as well. We dealt with Mario and he is fantastic. He really makes you feel comfortable and makes you very appreciated. Service department is great as well. We take our other two cars there for every scheduled service. Andrew really was very cooperative and very willing to answer every question we had regardless of when we contacted him.
