Our initial visit there wasn't a lot of used CRV's in inventory, but Bill stayed in touch and let me know when new ones were ready and if they were sold before I was able to get it. He was flexible in setting up times to meet with him, and worked with me to purchase a used 2016 CRV EX. Every experience I had at Honda Valley was better than the experience I had at other dealerships. More

Continental Honda Saves the Day I can't even explain how disappointed I am with my customer experience at Valley Honda - I have been purchasing new cars with them since 2002 (5 total I can't even explain how disappointed I am with my customer experience at Valley Honda - I have been purchasing new cars with them since 2002 (5 total to-date), but based on my recent experience - details included below - I am now buying through Continental Honda. Looking to buy a vehicle for my nephew, I went to Kelley Blue Book online and pulled up the pricing for a 2018 Honda Civic LX with Honda Sensing- MSRP $21,636, Invoice $20,171, and Fair Purchase Price $19,222. Being a loyal customer I was expecting $19,400 - seemed fair and reasonable. I explained to the salesman that I had this information from KBB and wanted to know what they were willing to do - the first offer came back at about $21,200. How could this be? Thousands of dollars apart? I countered at KBB of $19,222 to reiterate that I had these figures, and the 2nd offer came back, through their sales manager at $19,863. Better, but not my desired $19,400 -- so I pressed on. Rather than focusing on the sales price, both the salesman and sales manager continued to ask me (1) how much money we had to put down on the car and (2) what monthly payment we were looking for -- and each time I was very clear to ask how either of these impacted the final sales price, only to have them tell me it had none whatsoever -- so why keep talking about it -- Let's focus on the sales price! In the end, Valley Honda insisted that $19,863 was the lowest offer they would accept for this vehicle, so they promised to hold the vehicle until Monday for us to explore other offers -- Eventually the sales manager came back and insisted he was now unable to hold the vehicle. Absolutely frustrated with the service at Valley Honda, I visited Kelley Blue Book and solicited online offers. Within minutes three offers were made - one particularly interesting one came from Continental Honda -- I went to the dealership today and not only got the Fair Purchase Price I wanted, they were able to give me the deal on a newer 2019 Honda Civic LX with Honda Sensing. I know where I will be buying my next new Honda. More
