Great customer service I had been shopping for a SUV for a couple of months. I was not happy at all with the OTHER dealerships that are out there. I will not disclose which dealership but we went to one that even when we walked in no one even said “hello”. Left a bad taste in my mouth.. but NOT at Valley Honda.. I was so shocked and amazed at their beautiful sophisticated facility. I am from Chicago and I have NEVER walked in to a place where there so much excitement and the entire sales floor was full of energy and different emotions. The place is super sophisticated and everyone was so welcoming. Kurt was amazing .. very supportive of my needs and wants.
