Best experience I ever had with a car dealer I live 2 hours away from the dealership. I saw a car I liked on the web, called the dealership and talked with Andy. I asked for a description on the condition of the car. Andy asked to call me back with his cell phone so he could walked to the car and described every mark that was on the car to me. I also negotiated the price of car with Bobby, the manager, over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, Andy was very personable and helpful. He introduced me to Bobby who was also friendly and personable. The car was exactly as described and at the price we agreed to on the phone. I was prepared to use a pre-approved loan from my credit union, but Valley was able to beat the interest rate. Beginning with Andy, then Booby and then their business office, they all took the approach to inform me of available options but never pressured me. This, by far, was the best experience I had with a car dealership in my lifetime ( I am 61 ). More
