Best experience at a dealership ever! Walked into Valley Honda and was immediately met by Victor, who gave me a lot of great information and was extremely genuine. He walked me through the different trims of the Civic Hatchback and explained the benefits of leasing. He then showed me a black EX that I fell in love with. Victor talked to me like a normal guy, not a salesman which I appreciated because I hate pushy salesmen. Even when the Sales Manager Mr. Mimbs came by, I felt comfortable and not like I was being harassed. I have never seen a dealership full of such professional and helpful employees. Valley Honda gained lifelong customers out of my entire family. Thank you to everyone who helped me at Valley Honda! As for the dealership, it is easily the most aesthetically beautiful dealership I've ever walked into, with a huge service department. Entertainment for the wait for the service department looks very appealing - tons of iMacs, huge TVs, Starbucks Coffee. More
