And based on the way that I have been treated I feel it is my obligation to refer them to the General Public. No games no gimmicks just a great car lot with a great salesman. Excellent purchase experience! I had an excellent purchasing experience with Chase. He answered several questions I had by phone prior to setting up an appointment for the next day I had an excellent purchasing experience with Chase. When I came to the dealership he had the car inventory ready for me to choose from and had answers for question I had the previous day. He was friendly and attentive. After we took a test drive he made sure I knew what color combinations were available and was patient while I made my decision. He made the financing process seamless and set up my car with all of the options I had chosen for the door locks, radio etc. He showed me around the dealership and showed me the service department and explained that I never have to make an appointment and to bring in my car. he has made several follow up calls to make sure I didn't have any additional questions or concerns.
