Awesome Place to buy a Honda!!! This was a new experience for me buying a used car at a dealership. I've been searching for a used Honda Pilot Touring model for the last 4 months online, I went to several dealerships around my area and found the Pilots l've been seeing were not clean or the key remote was not working properly. When l found my Pilot at Valley Honda l was so impressed that the pilot was in the lot and was "Super clean" inside out. I went inside and this place was beautiful and clean, I met my salesman Jim Hanahan who was really pleasant to work with, he answered all of my questions, we went for a test drive and he explained to me how everything works on the Pilot, It was a really great experience from the start to finish, also I was really impressed how professional everyone is from Randall Rosen who handles the financials and Bill Sexton who really makes you feel like your part of the Honda Family. In addition, we use their Service Department for all our maintenance. Their facility is always clean and well maintained. The Service Department has one of the best waiting areas I've ever seen with Wifi, computer terminals, televisions, lots of comfortable seating, a children's play area and, of course, free Starbucks coffee. The staff is friendly, courteous and very professional. We've used the same salesman, Pat Malik, for all our purchase and have been extremely happy. He's always shown a rare ability to get us all the information we need without being high pressure in any way. I think what sets Valley Honda apart from all the other dealerships we've dealt with over the years is that they seem to be committed to being the best, and that commitment shows. More
