Then I connected with Dave in sales who introduced me to the latest 2018 Odyssey. Thanks to Julie I was able to get a great deal on my trade in as well as negotiate a very fair price for the brand new 2018 Odyssey (wonderful car by the way). Dave did a great job explaining all of the new technology in the Odyssey and helped with all the personal settings which was important because my family was leaving on a road trip the next day. Even the finance guy was pleasant to work with making all the paperwork very easy to complete and understand (not to mention a great interest rate). They will patiently give the demo, give their best price as soon as you get to the numbers and work with you or other things. You won't feel pressured about the situation. Blessed to find Fred!! We were not expecting to have to get a car and with so little time on our side. We basically drove all over IL looking for the right used Honda. Fred was very professional and kind, by the time we got to Valley we were so tired and frankly ready to go back home, we had our two children with us that were restless and tired. Fred was a true blessing in this regard, he made the car buying experience "easy" he took our requests and showed us exactly what we need to see not what he wanted us to buy, he found the perfect car for our family. He was informative and we immediately felt like we could trust him with our money, he got us into a beautiful used car, that felt very new to us, it was affordable for our situation and we could not recommend Fred Sims enough! After a very long day and just before we arrived out 7 year old said a silent prayer, which he later told me about, that we would find help in getting a good, safe car for his Papa.
