New Car purchase was quick, fair and easy. I had been shopping for a new CRV for almost two weeks. I had been in several area Honda dealerships in an attempt to familiarize myself with the 201 I had been shopping for a new CRV for almost two weeks. I had been in several area Honda dealerships in an attempt to familiarize myself with the 2017 version and seek a fair price. I filled out an information form on the internet, wherein I asked for an E-price on a new CRV. Within 12 minutes Alicia Roman was on the line and I told her what I wanted . Within 6 additional minutes Alicia forwarded me what turned out to be the lowest price amongst the dealerships. My wife and I went to the dealership and within several hours drove out with our new CRV. Alicia was friendly, knowledgable, and courteous. She is a credit to Valley Honda.Also, Jack Davis made the paperwork ordeal easy. He too was professional and easy to deal with! More

New Car Purchase Made Easy This is the first time I had been to Valley Honda of Naperville/Aurora and I was really impressed by the facility as a whole. From the transparency of the service center to the spaciousness, convenience and comfort of the waiting area to finally the extremely friendly sales staff that aren't hounding you the second you step foot out of your car. Jason was very friendly and funny from the start. He started our conversation asking a ton of questions to get a feel of what I was looking for and then pulled out the inventory book to start going through options. I test drove one car and lucky for me it was the one I wanted to go with, but he still showed me some other options on the dealerships remote lot. In the end, I chose my original choice and then it came down to numbers. I gave Jason a goal of what I wanted my monthly payments, down payment and term length to be and he pretty much did all the work of negotiating it with the manager until he got as far as he could for me to close the deal. All in all, I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend anyone who is looking for a Honda or a new car in general to Valley Honda and specifically refer them to Jason. More
