Easiest Car Purchase Ever We had a great experience at Valley Honda and with Nick. I contacted the dealership because of their high rating. I had been car "shopping" for month We had a great experience at Valley Honda and with Nick. I contacted the dealership because of their high rating. I had been car "shopping" for months and have visited other dealships (Honda and otherwise) but this one was by far the most customer service oriented. Once I was about 98% sure I wanted to purchase the new 2017 Honda CR-V, I emailed the dealership for an online quote. Nick responded promptly, and he answered all my back and forth questions. The dealerships internet price was very good and was in the range I was expecting to have to negotiate towards at other dealerships. (DO YOUR RESEARCH) I scheduled an appointment to test drive. During that appointment Nick was very professional and no pressure. Of course he wanted to make a sale, so you have to expect and respect some sales techniques, otherwise he wouldn't be doing his job. I was not prepared to make a final decision that evening, so I let Nick know that. He was very easy going and no pressure. After having the night to think about my decision I knew this was the car that I wanted. I emailed Nick the next day and put down a deposit to hold the car I test drove. I applied for financing through my own sources, got my best rate, and then negotiated with Honda Finance to get an even better rate. a few days later I picked up my car. The whole appointment only took one hour and we were on our way. I'm very happy with my decision. This was the easiest car purchase ever. Hopefully future appointments with the service department, etc live up to the expectations that have been set during the sales process. More
