Though the price didn't work out, I had made up my mind to contact Bill when we are ready to buy our next car. In 2016 fall, we started looking for a new Pilot and Bill was the first one I contacted. Since the demand and prices were high for the 2017 model, we decided to wait for some more time. In April 2017, when the supply caught up with the demand, Bill let us know that the prices dropped and we ended up in buying our Pilot. He was very patient throughout the process, always gave us the time we needed and followed up, whenever the price dropped. Picking up the car was also a very easy and pleasant experience. He explained all the features of the car very well. I will definitely recommend him and I don't have to think again when we are looking for the next car. More

Valley Honda lost 1 star due to the financial office procedures/problems. We told them that we did not want to work w/and outsider financial institution (only Honda Finance). We were told that would be the case but ended up having to go w/Capital One to get the rate we were quoted.. At that point we were in too deep to back out (after being there for several hours). Secondly, they always try to upsell at that point (different levels of care, etc.). They quote you a small monthly increase and you just don't have the time to make a educated decision (how much will this cost me over the life of the loan, etc.). We ended up walking away with an add-on we are still not quite sure we wanted. More

Fast and friendly service When I pulled up to the service center, I was immediately helped. While the technician pulled up my paper work, several other employees greeted me and When I pulled up to the service center, I was immediately helped. While the technician pulled up my paper work, several other employees greeted me and ensured I was already being assisted. Just by watching the technicians assist customers, you could tell that they had all their ducks in a row and optimized each step of the service center process. They quickly provided a loaner car for me to use while they installed my protection plan. I was told they generally say 4pm but it could be finished as early as noon. To my pleasant surprise, I was out the door and in my car at 11:15. I guess I was supposed to get some protectant materials to bring home. Since I had already left, the technician called to say they would ship it. Of course I don't want to need to have my car serviced but I would be happy to make the hour drive to go to this service center. More
