We went to your dealership in late December and from then till now Alicia kept in touch every 2 to 3 weeks until we purchased a CX5. If we had more to drive a CRV it might have pushed a little more to the CRV but so limited time the CRV had little chance but Alicia never gave up. I hope you appreciate her talents. Bill More

Purchasing a new vehicle was never so easy! We visited Valley Honda, as we have had other Hondas (presently a 2012 Pilot) and a 2006 Pilot that we gave to our Son. We liked the styling of the CR-V and the price was good. We were introduced to Camille and she told us of all the features of the vehicle, let us drive one and was very informative. She was not 'high pressured', and indicated that we would not be pestered about a decision. Due to Camille's outgoing personality and knowledge of the CR-V, we purchased one on April 29th. We have purchased many many vehicles in the past, but, by far, this was the easiest process, including signing the papers, Camille going over all the functions of the vehicle and 'out the door' with the keys. More

Great Experience I came in to test drive a vehicle and was so impressed with Randall's personable and friendly attitude I came back that day with my husband rather the I came in to test drive a vehicle and was so impressed with Randall's personable and friendly attitude I came back that day with my husband rather then visiting another Honda dealer with a used car that was slightly older/ lower priced. We were both pleased with Randall's no pressure sales and truly feel that he worked hard to get a fair deal for Honda and for us. Dan (and Valley) were such a pleasure with which to deal that I saved his business card. Now 5 years later, my wife decided that she would like the newly designed 2017 CR-V. There were no second thoughts in my mind -- I found Dan's card and called to make an appointment. Valley as a dealership places a premium on customer service and cleanliness of the entire plant -- showroom, service and parts. Dan personifies the dealership's attributes. He is extremely knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to present his knowledge in a simple, straight-forward way. He also has an easy manner and a great sense of humor. rude and disgusting My wife and I came in for a new tire replacement for my car today 05/02/17.Since we are in the dealership and I been shopping around for an SUV I thou My wife and I came in for a new tire replacement for my car today 05/02/17.Since we are in the dealership and I been shopping around for an SUV I thought maybe I can take a look and see Brittany my contact person if she has an SUV I was asking for ,and maybe a test drive. Out of nowhere this disgusting employee came in from the land of disrespectfull and start conversation with me like "he knew everything"Did Britanny did this ? or did that? so we answer him if he has the SUV I was looking for to test drive. and I pointed to him the suv I see outside and I said "just like that." And here comes mr knew everything do you have a trade in ? do you? do you? what the hick ?will you please slow down let me knew first if you have the suv ,isn't it I have the right to do a test drive.Low and behold they don't have the SUV in stock. The moral of the story is to make sure you have a contact person before you go to a dealer .and watch out to those wolves lurking trying to steal the prey,theywill do anything to get a piece of it. More
