Great job Fred!!! This is a little late since it's been about two months since we leased our new CRV. The salesperson we originally went in to see was not in, but Fred This is a little late since it's been about two months since we leased our new CRV. The salesperson we originally went in to see was not in, but Fred immediately stepped up and helped us in every way. It was Valentine's Day night, and was late by the time we were done and ready to go. Despite all of that Fred stayed late to show us several features on the vehicle and to make sure we were happy. i dont like what happened Last year We took our civic in for a service and were told we needed a new battery , it was a month old. My son had work done a week ago at an Iowa Honda dealer and the battery tested "good"Took it to Valley honda yeterday they said I needed a new one as it tested bad! Battery still less than a year old and not the slightest indication that it is failing. We have had the same thing happen at the Hyundai dealership next door! Not happy at all! More
