I have been buying new vehicles for 25 years My wife and I recently purchased a new Honda Civic sedan ex-l and had Kurt Gonzalez as our sales person. I have been buying new vehicles for 25 years and he was probably one of the most pleasant and friendly sales people I have ever encountered. He answered all of our questions , didn't pressure us, and made my wife and I feel like we have known him for years. He was patient with us as we did not purchase on the first visit as we were waiting for finance rates to drop on the 2017. Kurt knew that we would only purchase the car if the finance rates were .9%. He did not call us until the rate was what we wanted. It was about 2 to 3 weeks when the rates dropped and he called us and honored the price we originally agreed upon. The car was ready perfectly detailed and waiting inside the detail center for us. My wife and I would definitely recommend Kurt as well as Valley Honda. More

But, it doesn't stop there.. It's my first car ever and randall offered me all the help I needed. Not only did I have tons of questions, in which he took the time to explain to me every detail and show me facts behind it, but he stayed within my budget. Randall was very very easy to work with! We couldn't get out of there fast enough. Thank goodness we ended up at Valley Honda next… The dealership is gorgeous and bustling and makes you feel like you are in 'the place to be.' Fred Sims made our experience even better. Everyone we encountered was friendly and we felt like everyone there actually cared if we walked away happy. We will be back. More

Superior new and used inventory We were considering updating from our 2010 Honda Pilot, which we had purchased new from Valley Honda. My husband had been to several dealerships check We were considering updating from our 2010 Honda Pilot, which we had purchased new from Valley Honda. My husband had been to several dealerships checking out what he had seen online. Valley Honda had a couple of possibilities on the lot...the one we were most interested in had sold before we had a chance to look at it together. Within a week, Dave Zisk contacted us to let us know there was a 2015 Pilot that had just come in that we might be interested in. We made the time to look at it and drive it. We liked the 2015 Pilot a lot, and while we weren't feeling we HAD to buy a vehicle right now, Dave was able to make a deal we couldn't walk away from. Within 2.5 hours - start to finish of the entire process - we drove the 2015 Pilot home. Professionalism and PR are tops at this car dealership. This is our third Honda vehicle we have purchased from Valley Honda - a 45 minute drive from our hometown. Thanks, Dave, for contacting us when the vehicle for us arrived on the car lot! More

Bill seemed to be the next associate available, or was near by when we walked in. He was friendly, accommodating and responsive to our needs. After we tested or checked into a car or two, he was able to suggest others that fit into our needs and price range. As for the dealership, both my wife and I remarked at how well it seemed to function. There was a comfortable lounge to wait, a place for kids to play while we went through the process, and it simply seemed busier but more well organized than some of the other dealerships we had visited. I'd go back to Valley Honda and work with Bill again in the future. More
