The entire dealership had a great vibe to it, very clean, (even back in the shop), extremely professional and an outstanding variety of waiting areas. What stood out to me even more was Adam Michel. He was excellent to deal with, knowledgable, genuine, friendly and very comfortable to deal with. He had answers to all of my questions and he pulled in his manager, (Kevin) when appropriate as well. I must say context is king - and the 2017 Honda CRV stood out and made the decision very easy. We meet with Dave Kemp of Valley Honda and he did a fine job of allowing us to peruse the CRV at our own tempo. He listened to our needs and provided the perfect car/price combination for us. There was also a certain "buzz" at the dealership. People seemed busy and energetic - which made the experience positive. An unending well of Starbucks coffee didn't hurt. Net/net: my wife and I were pretty well surprised and taken back to see that at both the personal - and company levels - Dave and Valley Honda provided a level of service uncommon in business today. We'd definitely buy from them again. More
