Eventually she connected me with Don who was incredibly paitent and understood my situation. In the end, eveyrone worked very diligently to get me the car I wanted as well as get a fair trade-in value on my existing car. All around very impressed with the high touch and honesty during the buying/trade-in process. Would recommend both as I enjoyed my experience and once I arrived to pick up my new car, it was very efficient and everything went as we all agreed to. And Elizabeth even came in on her off day knowing I was coming from out of town and she thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all my questions! Thank you!!! More

This was my first car and I really appreciated the patience she had with me while looking at several options. I had a lot of questions regarding the financial process and Alicia was extremely helpful in dismissing any doubts I had. She was also personable, I never felt like I was being rushed or pushed into buying a car. We spent close to 4 hours that night and I went home extremely proud of my purchase. Pleasurable car buying experience! We went to many other car dealerships before coming to Valley Honda. He didn't pressure us at all as we came and went 2-3 times looking at the Pilot. We were able to not only have a lengthy test drive with Francis, but then we took the car home for a few hours to make sure it could fit the whole family and our dog! They also welcomed our dog into the showroom as we returned the car! Francis answered all of our questions and if he didn't know the answer he always got back to us. He is a very nice person and it really was a pleasure working with him. More
