If you want the best-visit Valley Honda In my car search I visited at least 10 dealerships. These included domestic and foreign companies. Many of these dealerships had salespeople standing In my car search I visited at least 10 dealerships. These included domestic and foreign companies. Many of these dealerships had salespeople standing in the front waiting to pounce. Some internet quotes were blatantly dishonest. I was disgusted with the entire car buying process. I was not looking at Honda as a primary choice; however based on Dealerrater, Yelp, and family suggestions I went to Valley Honda. Walking into Valley Honda you can immediately recognize the dealership is different. The facility is immaculate, and you are greeted by a polite receptionist. I was assisted by Dave Kemp. Dave spent the time to go over different vehicle options. He provided a tour of the facility, and introduced me to the management team. There was no pressure, gimmicks, or hours of waiting. I left feeling good about the visit; however did not initially commit to buying. I decided to buy a Pilot from Dave. He streamlined the process; however took the time to explain every detail of the new vehicle. He was honest, straightforward and most importantly displayed patience with all my questions. The attention to detail provided by Dave was incredible. This was proven when he handed me 4 3M strips to change out my Ipass. It is the small things that separate Valley from the rest of the competition. I will always consider Dave and Valley Honda as my first choice in vehicle purchases. They offer the most competitive pricing, best service, and amazing customer service. More

Amazing Dealership I was helping my girlfriend find the right car for her. She was in the market for a used vehicle and we were helped by Andy. Andy was so incredibly he I was helping my girlfriend find the right car for her. She was in the market for a used vehicle and we were helped by Andy. Andy was so incredibly helpful from beginning to end. He explained everything. He gave options and really made the experience so pain-free. He is extremely friendly and professional. When it came down to it though, my girlfriend was able to find the pre-owned car of her color choice for a very comparable price at another dealer. We felt terrible telling this to Andy because we felt that he deserved our business. I think it speaks to how awesome our experience was here that we didn't even purchase the vehicle yet we still want to take the time to let the world know that if you can get to this dealer AND work with Andy you will have a great car-buying experience. They are extremely fair in price and do not pressure you here. A++++ Experience.
