She was not pushy like the sales consultants at other dealerships. Instead, she listened to what I knew I needed and didn't try push too hard to make the sale; she let me go at my own pace. That may not seem like a big deal, but when you go through a thorough car shopping experience, you tend to run into a lot of salesmen that only care about making their quota, instead of making you happy. The second time I visited Valley Honda I spoke to Kurt. I really enjoyed the service that he provided for my mother and myself. He was very attentive and did all that he could to make sure that we were satisfied with our entire car buying experience.
