another satisfied customer I have been considering the new 2016 Honda Pilot for over a year now -- saw it at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show and loved it (my trade-in was a 2009 Pilo I have been considering the new 2016 Honda Pilot for over a year now -- saw it at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show and loved it (my trade-in was a 2009 Pilot, which has been a great, reliable car). When I reached out to Valley Honda in August 2015, Andrew Becker answered my call and gave me more information. When I told him I wasn't quite ready to make a decision, he promised to keep in touch, and he did check in with me regularly. No pressure -- just seeing if he could answer any questions I might have. I was still considering another vehicle but finally decided on the Pilot in November. Andrew helped me with an online/factory order to get exactly what I wanted, and was very easy to deal with. He kept me up to date on the inventory projections as best he could (I had to wait over 2 months for an Elite... they just can't keep these on the lots because of demand). All the while, Andrew checked in with me regularly. When it finally came in mid-January, the delivery process was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely work with Andrew again and recommend him. Very, very happy with my Pilot Elite! More

That is important to me and is one of the main reasons I keep going back. I live in the northwest suburbs and was not able to find that kind of service up north. Joe took care of me as soon as I came through the door and we were able to finish the deal and I pulled away in my new 2015 Civic Sedan in a little over two hours. The staff at Valley Honda was also extremely professional and courteous. The facility was clean and many people on hand to help. I have and will recommend Valley Honda to family and friends. More
