This spring when we were looking to purchase another family car, we met Katy Meyer. She was friendly, professional, and quickly put us at ease. She took the time to find out what we wanted and helped us choose the vehicle that was right for us. She made the process easy because she has a vast knowledge of Honda products and was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly. She gave answers to questions we hadn't even thought to ask! When we needed another car last week for our daughter, we went straight to Katy. She helped us find the right vehicle and even helped us arrange to surprise our daughter with her new car. We were really happy to have Katy, who is so patient and knowledgeable, explaining to our daughter, a first-time car owner, the many features of her new Honda. We know that Katy will follow up quickly on any questions or concerns that we have. The price they gave me was the best of the 6, and the customer service I received from Joe Barsalona and Mohit Saini was excellent. When shopping for a vehicle, I prefer to deal with salespeople that are personable and friendly, and that don't come off like they're just trying to make a sale. Joe and Mohit fit this criteria to a tee. They were knowledgeable whenever I had a question, and were very patient and non-pushy when I didn't. Joe was very prompt in returning my emails during this whole process, when other dealerships were not. This is the 2nd vehicle I've bought from Valley Honda within the past few years, and I see no reason why I shouldn't return there when it's time to get a 3rd, 4th and so on. As I drove out of the dealership in my new car, Joe mentioned that it was a pleasure doing business with me. I'm very happy to say that the pleasure was mine, as well. More

Great experience I came to Valley Honda of Naperville on a busy Saturday and I was in and out in no time with my new 2015 Honda Civic SI. It was my birthday and no one wants spend all at a dealership on their birthday, the sales team understood that. Everyone was extremely helpful and I left with better deal than I could even hoped for considering my ridiculously low credit score, zero down, and upside down trade. They made sure I wasn't going into my new loan upside down by reducing the final price of the car I wanted and got me 1.9%Apr for 66months (almost impossible with my credit). Before I sped off in my new car they made sure I knew how to use all of the tech witch was great because I'm not the most technology inclined person. Great overall experience! More
