I am a young client so I understand the concern but these guys treated me like any other client if not better. I just got a smoking deal from them I still wish I had more money go back and buy a second car.... Obviously I will have to wait till I need another car. I initially contacted Vallley Honda while still abroad and was able to secure approval for a lease with Julie Olson. Once I arrived I was given the best treatment with no unpleasant surprises. Everything was straighforward and carried out in the most professional manner. Brian Roman, who sold me both cars, even gave me a ride to the dealership so that I could drive back in my new car. And Jab Rahman was extremely helpful and friendly while overseeing my experience. I will definately be going back there next time I'm in the market for a new car. More

This dealership has a facility that provides fabulous amenities to it's customers, but the service is even more impressive. The attention to detail and customer needs is amazing. This spring when we were looking to purchase another family car, we met Katy Meyer. She was friendly, professional, and quickly put us at ease. She took the time to find out what we wanted and helped us choose the vehicle that was right for us. She made the process easy because she has a vast knowledge of Honda products and was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly. She gave answers to questions we hadn't even thought to ask! When we needed another car last week for our daughter, we went straight to Katy. She helped us find the right vehicle and even helped us arrange to surprise our daughter with her new car. We were really happy to have Katy, who is so patient and knowledgeable, explaining to our daughter, a first-time car owner, the many features of her new Honda. We know that Katy will follow up quickly on any questions or concerns that we have. The price they gave me was the best of the 6, and the customer service I received from Joe Barsalona and Mohit Saini was excellent. When shopping for a vehicle, I prefer to deal with salespeople that are personable and friendly, and that don't come off like they're just trying to make a sale. Joe and Mohit fit this criteria to a tee. They were knowledgeable whenever I had a question, and were very patient and non-pushy when I didn't. Joe was very prompt in returning my emails during this whole process, when other dealerships were not. This is the 2nd vehicle I've bought from Valley Honda within the past few years, and I see no reason why I shouldn't return there when it's time to get a 3rd, 4th and so on. As I drove out of the dealership in my new car, Joe mentioned that it was a pleasure doing business with me. I'm very happy to say that the pleasure was mine, as well. More
