Valley does business ethically and with integrity This past weekend was our 2nd experience purchasing a car from Valley Honda. We originally went in for an oil change and ended up trading. Everyone This past weekend was our 2nd experience purchasing a car from Valley Honda. We originally went in for an oil change and ended up trading. Everyone from the service team, sales team and finance was very helpful and willing to work with us. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner. We purchased a used Honda from another dealer about a year and a half ago and the experience was nowhere near as pleasant as with Valley. We also had an oil change at a different dealer - they left the plug out and all of the oil leaked out. Valley got the car towed for us and did all of the repairs with no cost or hassle to us. They even gave us a car to use while they were making the needed repairs. Valley does business the right way - ethically and with integrity. For this reason, we will be returning for all future car needs, both for service and purchases. Thank you, Valley Honda (and especially Steve Grady and Sam King)!! More
Excellent service! (As per usual) I visited Valley Honda today for normal maintenance/service of my CRV. I was a little nervous going in on a Friday afternoon whereas time was concerne I visited Valley Honda today for normal maintenance/service of my CRV. I was a little nervous going in on a Friday afternoon whereas time was concerned. When I arrived, I was checked in immediately by John. John explained what service was due, provided the estimate of service and advised that they would be done between 45 minutes to an hour. 45 minutes later, my vehicle was done. Swipe my card, sign on the dotted line and the service and my visit at Valley Honda was complete. Or was it?? I exited the waiting area and walked back into the service area. A gentleman noticed that I was looking for my vehicle. He asked me what vehicle I had and pointed me in the direction of where it was. Not only did he point me in the direction, he walked me out to my vehicle, opened the door for me and bid me a good day. It is for this reason that I decided to write a review. Thanks Jose for great customer service! From your attire, I would guess that you are some part of the maintenance crew and I would guess you don't always get the chance to receive a review of your "service". Your polite demeanor and care for the customer did not go unnoticed! As always, I love my Valley Honda "Family". Be back soon ;) More

He totally went above and beyond for my last service visit and I am truly a loyal Valley Honda client because of it. I will not ask for anyone else after having dealt with him. He had a car dropped off for me and picked up mine and went over all the services that my car had not received when bringing it in one busy Saturday morning. Whatever was not done that morning Kevin took care of that second time around and I could not be more pleased and more happy with Valley Honda. Great Experience After looking for a van close to home and not finding what we needed my husband decided to check out some that he had found on the internet. Larry had spoken to Nick Poole several times on the phone and Nick convinced him to come and check out what they had. We decided to take the 1 1/2 hr drive to see the vehicles. When we arrived Nick was right there waiting for us. He was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. We took a drive and were sold on the Honda Odyssey. After the paperwork we came home. That was a very good experience but the following is what really impressed us with Valley Honda. About two weeks with the van our passenger sliding door stopped working in a partially open position. We tried everything but couln't get it to work. So on Saturday he drove back to see what could be done. Sam Kim a very personable young man worked to get our van fixed. We did not have a warranty but since it was only ours for a few weeks they went out of their way to make it right. This all happened with the help of a gracious woman named Rose and her manager Don. On a whim, & also having contemplated a trade-in of my 2006 Ridgeline & future purchase. I inquired of my outstanding Asst Service Mgr Mike Gervais if it were possible to get an appraisal for my vehicle. Instantaneoulsy, a very affable Nick Theodor graciously greeted me & proceeded to thoroughly & sincerely guide me through an important decison making process in my life. I not only received a generous trade-in credit for the Ridgeline, but through the expertise of Kurt Gonzalez, Nick helped me negociate a final price for my new (used) vehicle that fell so closely to my budget, I was "SOLD!" No surprise at this point of my experience, James Kirpanos sealed the comfort & ease of completing my transaction with knowledgeable & pleaseant guidance through the paperwork & payment process.
