A few weeks ago I had the pleasure to work with service advisor Taylor on our Legacy. My service experience was the best possible and could not be improved. Taylor was perfectly accommodating, extremely knowledgeable about the technology in Subarus and he was very professional during the entire service process. He and the mechanic he was working with made additional repair/service recommendations which made perfectly sense to me and they were taken care of as well. I have had no issues with the work performed and plan to continue visiting Taylor for all my needs. Thank you, Mike More

I knew I could come to her anytime with any questions or uncertainties I had. I found the Outback I wanted and Kim reserved it until I could complete my move out to Colorado. While working with Kim at the dealership, she was very knowledgeable and took much of the stress out of the whole process. Not a bad price yet one phone call to a competitor yeilded the results I was looking for and was able to save a good chunk of money. We saw it that night and loved it but wanted to come back the next day to see it in the light, Becca was off that day. Kim took over and we did the test drive. It had more bells and whistles then I wanted, but in the end I drove it home. Both ladies did a great job in answering all our questions. Also Dylan did a great job in getting all the papers signed and explaining the additional options within a short time. I have always been happy with your service department as well. More
