Because of Becca's demeanor, focus, and personable nature, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Valley Subaru. She truly went above and beyond, and she continues to check-in to ensure everything is going well with the new car. On top of all of that, the finance/paperwork portion of the process was quick, easy, and seamless (unlike experiences we have had at other dealerships). More

We saw it that night and loved it but wanted to come back the next day to see it in the light, Becca was off that day. Kim took over and we did the test drive. It had more bells and whistles then I wanted, but in the end I drove it home. Both ladies did a great job in answering all our questions. Also Dylan did a great job in getting all the papers signed and explaining the additional options within a short time. I have always been happy with your service department as well. More

Was not able to remove window etching from add ons and paperwork included more fees than competitors. Car was priced way under invoice but after all the dealer add ons it was back to msrp. Not a bad price yet one phone call to a competitor yeilded the results I was looking for and was able to save a good chunk of money. Had a good experience, just not able to nagotiate to a price I was happy with. More

He is the easiest dealer I dealt with , also their manager Jake was kind and very reasonable fair kind of guy , the finance Adam although showed some option to spend more money was not push over guy , I will give the Longmont Subaru a five star , even they are 54 miles away from me I bought my first Subaru Outback 3.6 R Touring from them and feel confident they will take care of my needs regarding my vehicle . New 2016 Crosstrek Saber answered my request for information about Subaru vehicles. I asked about the Crosstrek after veiwing competing vehicles. Jorge brought the Crosstrek to my home, about 18 miles from the dealership. We went over all of the features of the Crosstrek, and Jorge knew his stuff. We drove back to the dealership where I leased the vehicle. It was a pleasant experience! A close friend and neighbor liked my Crosstrek so much that he went to Valley Subaru and purchased a Crosstrek yesterday, two weeks after I got mine. That should say something about the vehicle and the dealership. More

After a few unpleasant experiences, I decided to take a look at a used Subaru. After discussing my options I left still searching, but keeping this experience in my head. There was no pressure to make a decision, but they did a fantastic job providing all of the answers to my questions and letting me take my time in deciding. Eventually, I settled on purchasing a new Subaru that met and exceeded all of my criteria. The entire rest of the process was painless and quick. I understood the whole process and felt confident in my decision upon leaving the dealership knowing that I could rely on them for any future questions and service I have. More
great service and support I bought a 2016 WRX and had some minor problems with the electronics (door locks and stereo). after bringing it in a few times and hearing me complain I bought a 2016 WRX and had some minor problems with the electronics (door locks and stereo). after bringing it in a few times and hearing me complain about it, the Management asked me if I wouldn't just like to upgrade to a 2017 model instead. They sat down with me and worked with me and I ended up moving to a 2017 STI at a greatly reduced price. The sales staff and management really went out of their way to ensure that I was happy and to get me the greatest deal ever on the car I wanted. I'm really, really grateful at how easy they made it to get me into a newer, better car to solve my problems. I highly recommend Valley Subaru ! thanks Tom and Saber ! More
