Even more they beat out another competitor on price even though the other dealerships vehicle had hail damage. On coming into the dealership Jorge was busy with another customer Sara came in and took great care of me. Even though I came in with check in hand she tried to get me the best rate that we could get. She is very knowledgeable and answered any and every question that I had for her. Tori made the finance paperwork extremely easy and streamlined so I wasn’t sitting around for hours. All in all extremely friendly service and the next time I am in the market for a new car I will absolutely being going back the Valley Subaru More

As a buyer, it's a big decision to purchase a vehicle.....one which requires patience, thought and evaluation, on a number of other different dealer/brands and models. We spent a good portion of the morning with Nick looking over the features and test driving. Then he and Management allowed us to leave and go offsite to discuss. (We were gone well into the afternoon.) With the promise that the specific vehicle we were interested in, would not be sold out from under us. When we came back...we closed the deal within a couple of hours and drove out with our new Subaru "Ascent"......and certainly the feeling we made the right choice !!!! More

Good communication I sent out a query on purchasing a specific vehicle. Got a quick response from several dealers. Valley Subaru came back with the best price and included a few extras. I was kinda disappointed, to tell the truth, as Valley Subaru is a long way from my home. So I called a few other dealers closer to me to give them a chance to meet the deal. No luck. They wouldn't even attempt to come close. So, we drove to Valley Subaru and bought the vehicle. No BS. No bait and switch. No surprises. In fact, we found out that what we thought we wanted was not really what we wanted. Cameron was so "matter of fact" about everything that he was able to steer us to a vehicle that more closely fit what we needed. Saved us a few thousand bucks in the process and we are VERY happy with the purchase. Cameron was a joy to work with. Very personable. Very honest. Didn't try to up-sell us? Wish they were closer. but no more often than we need service, it will work out. More
