This is my third subi, last one was a 04, very good car with lots of mileage. Never had a problem. So, called Chris and brought my car when he was there, and guess what??? Nothing. He checked my subi, and it was great, no need of that costly repair. So, alway, always talk with the higher up at the shop. Shop manager (s) there are pretty honest. So, I will give them a 10 stars, not 5. Ritzma C More

Yikes - bought this car from this dealership in 2015 and have maintained the car really well for the past 8 years and recently took my car into their service department for a wheel barring issue. They fixed the wheel barring issue but also told me that I had a small leak with my cam carrier under the car in a place where I "wouldn't be able to see the oil leaking yet". I was slapped with a 3100 potential bill to get this cam carrier fixed. I had my dad come in with me to pick up the car and when we started asking questions about the issue with the service tech (Jared) we were given vague answers that didn't make sense and were told "This just happens - Subarus weren't made to be driven in climates/altitudes like Colorado". After getting really no insight into the cam carrier issue I wanted to get a second opinion since this is a HUGE bill to cover. Took my car to the Subaru dealership in Loveland and turns out there is NO LEAK. The service tech at Loveland let me know that they couldn't find even a small leak on the car (he did mention that cam carrier fixes were an issue with Surbaru though) and that part of the car looked perfectly fine to him. I mentioned what the service tech at Longmont said and he said they were probably just trying to take advantage of us and add to their service revenue for the month. I am extremely disappointed at the Valley Longmont Subaru service department for preying on their clients, it is especially unfortunate that I purchased my vehicle brand new from this same dealership. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. Drive the extra 30 mins to Loveland and have HONEST people look at your car instead - super disappointed and will be sharing my experience with all my family/friends who drive Subarus up here. More

I wasted my day off running errends for the DMV and the dealership. When I brought the paperwork to Valley they laughed it off as an "oops". I would say the attention to detail is that of children. It may seem trivial, but it was a sour experience. More
We recently purchased a new car from Valley Subaru. It was absolutely the best buying experience we have ever had. Jack Murtagh was terrific in answering all my questions and getting me what I wanted. I was absolutely the best buying experience we have ever had. Jack Murtagh was terrific in answering all my questions and getting me what I wanted. I checked online for prices at all Colorado dealers and Valley Subaru beat the others by thousands. Even when we ended up on a factory order to get exactly what I wanted they had the best price. Well worth the drive from Colorado Springs to Longmont. Jack was great to work with and Tori the sales manager stopped by to check with us. The finance deal was seamless with no surprises on the trade-in or pre-agreed price. No pressure for things we didn't want. Good explanations on everything we asked about. We highly recommend Valley Subaru for your new car needs. More
Valley Subaru is the BEST! We have purchased our last few vehicles from CarMax because we don't like having to haggle with dealers. This year I decided to buy a new Outback. I can't say enough positive few vehicles from CarMax because we don't like having to haggle with dealers. This year I decided to buy a new Outback. I can't say enough positive things about this experience. They were upfront with the final out-the-door price and included all tax and fees upfront. The day I went to buy it I was in and out the door in just over an hour. Lorena Gutierrez is amazing and so is the sales manager Tori Houghton! Tori also beat every other dealer around by over $1500. While I didn’t end up purchasing at Valley Subaru, I had such a stellar experience over the phone with Julie C. in sales that I would highly recommend anyone in the greater Denver Metro to reach out to her such a stellar experience over the phone with Julie C. in sales that I would highly recommend anyone in the greater Denver Metro to reach out to her directly. She listened to my needs and helped me tremendously by helping me save time and money. We’re postponing our search for now due to a home refinance but will be reaching out to her in the future. She’s a true professional and a pleasure to work with! More
Outstanding service and expeditious handling. I was apprehensive and have had years of experience with over eager sales people and heavy handed tactics but Julie and Dion made the experience pleasant. apprehensive and have had years of experience with over eager sales people and heavy handed tactics but Julie and Dion made the experience pleasant.
