I went to van bortel for my first scheduled maintenance on my 2019 ford ranger. Also there was a recall on the vehicle. Which were all taken care of. First person to arrive at Quick lane then told to drive around and get in a line so I’m 4th in line. I explained I was first when I pulled in and was told NO you were 2nd by the women (employee) whom I act around and get in a line so I’m 4th in line. I explained I was first when I pulled in and was told NO you were 2nd by the women (employee) whom I actually watched arrive. then it took over an hour and a half to get an oil change and inspection. I was then told my Rotars with 26000 miles on them needed to be replaced. Mind you I baby this truck and never Tow or Haul with it. I’ll have the rotars checked out by my mechanic friend and of course get back to Ford. Overall Quick Lane at this location is anything but Quick and the fact that they tried to tell me my brakes needed replacing even though they passed inspection is just another reason I won’t be back. It’s too bad because i finally thought I found a reputable dealer but o well I’ll just try Corteze now. Honestly when your employee tried correcting me when I knew when I arrived you lost me as a customer for ever. Kitty says there’s nothing we won’t do for you and Quick lane could use some customer service training. More

During this virus shutdown I was still able to seamlessly purchase a new vehicle from Van Bortel Ford. Through email and text messaging with my sales representative, I was able to get my trade appraised wit purchase a new vehicle from Van Bortel Ford. Through email and text messaging with my sales representative, I was able to get my trade appraised with the VIN# and some photos with a description of the condition. They gave me a fair price for my trade and we were able to strike a deal that I was comfortable with all without having to visit the dealership. The day I signed the paperwork was able drive away in my new truck! It took no more than 45 minutes at the dealership for the paperwork, swap out the license plates and I was on my way. I would highly recommend! More

Brought car in on Sat for NYS Insp. I had no appointment. It was Saturday and I needed to get Oil & Filter Change and NYS Inspection done, It was around 11:00 AM when I went to Quick Lane, and the service adv It was Saturday and I needed to get Oil & Filter Change and NYS Inspection done, It was around 11:00 AM when I went to Quick Lane, and the service advisor told me it would take three hours, I told her that was fine, I said I would wait in the waiting room. I watched TV, they had interesting shows on, so I was pretty occupied. They got the car serviced and NYS Inspected within the three hour time spam. I am very pleased. You have to understand that this was on a Saturday and without having scheduled an appointment, I consider this excellent service. I understand the reason for the long wait is because I needed a NYS Inspection and it could only be done by a Certified Technician. More
