Easy buying process I stopped in knowing what I wanted and was happy that I did not feel pressured or hounded by any sales people. They were able to provide me with exactly what I was looking for. Pricing was reasonable compared to other dealerships and when I picked the vehicle up, there was one person who brought me through every detail of the vehicle and how it works. Good with a few issues though My family has ALWAYS been happy with the way Van Bortel dealerships are run. Recently we had our f150 in for some pretty extensive engine concerns. Th My family has ALWAYS been happy with the way Van Bortel dealerships are run. Recently we had our f150 in for some pretty extensive engine concerns. The repair took longer than expected, but it seems to have been fixed properly. Additional parts were needed which lengthened the wait, which honestly surprised me. This repair was done without an appointment it should be noted. If we waited for an appointment, it could have taken almost a month most likely. After picking up the truck, it was found to have two additional issues. One was a not/ disconnected hose in the turbo plumbing. Two, missing bolts that fasten the inner fender well to the truck. Neither issue would stop me from returning to this dealer. Kitty and her staff always take care of the customer. The same can not be said of many unfortunately. She trains her staff very well, and knows what it means to serve the public. More
