This was the worse car buying experience of my life. I actually felt physically violated. I had ordered a Jeep Wrangler in October of 2021. I put down a $1000.00 with the understanding that the car woul I actually felt physically violated. I had ordered a Jeep Wrangler in October of 2021. I put down a $1000.00 with the understanding that the car would be sold at MSRP. The dealership did not include all the options I wanted in the order, including no hardtop and lack of satellite radio and tried to increase the price and added on “required dealer upgrades” that did not exist. The general manager and service manager said they would follow up and make things right, they never did. Russel Westbrook should be ashamed to have his name associated with this dealership. I would not wish my experience at this dealership on anyone. More

Took my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in for an oil change, also had the tires rotated, rebalanced, and aligned. Drives like new, and this very busy service department was totally professional. Vahe helped me although last time I got my oil changed there it was Payman who I dealt with, who was also nice. Right now factory parts can be hard to get, so I went in there with an expectation that it could take a while, but the work was done quickly and I would definitely go there again. More
