I had a few things I noticed while on a long road trip. Between a few repairs and some normal, mileage related service I had a long list. In all honesty I truly wish I didn’t have to write this but this dealership is the worst I’ve dealt with in all my years of car purchasing especially the service department. We were looked after by Jose Baptista and Isty who both took excellent care of us. Isty helped me order my new car and as it took a few months, he kept us updated. When we came to pick up the car, it was J took excellent care of us. Isty helped me order my new car and as it took a few months, he kept us updated.
