I was treated poorly when I purchased the car. I had a cashier's check, which should have been the end of it, but was forced to fill out a variety of paperwork and provide two forms of ID--no idea I had a cashier's check, which should have been the end of it, but was forced to fill out a variety of paperwork and provide two forms of ID--no idea why. I have a Spanish-surname and suspect bigotry, but who knows--could also just be incompetence. Within seven weeks, the car had a massive engine failure which was dangerous, as I was driving in traffic at the time it happened. Begged the service department to take it on a Monday morning (they weren't open on Sunday). Had to beg because they told me they were "so busy." Anyway, it's been there for two days and I've heard nothing. I've called them several times today, totally get the run-around, and then finally spoke with someone who told me that by tomorrow, the car would be diagnosed, because cars aren't diagnosed for three days. When I dropped the car off, I was told it could be ready in two days--in order for that possibility to become real, it would have to be diagnosed in fewer than three days. In summary, the dealership and the service department seem incredibly poorly run and managed, communication is frustrating and incoherent, and the service department appears dramatically understaffed.
