I scheduled an oil change and a software recall at 7 AM to be done on my Jeep Gladiator. They wanted me to leave my vehicle there all day, which I didn’t think was necessary. The waiting area is not desirable. Bathrooms say not for public use, which makes a person think they were only for employees. I don’t live in Burbank, so I don’t need to worry about going back. More
