The worst dealership ever and worst service department I have ever experienced. I supposedly met with the GM but it was a guy named John who was acting like the GM. We have been lied to and cheated we will be taking the appropriate steps to handle this and we have all of it on video. More

They lied about what was wrong with my radio unit and then declined to fix it which is good since they were lying about what was wrong anyway. Saved me lots of money by refusing to do the work. They told me I needed to see an electrician and that it would cost me thousands when in actuality it was a simple fuse. Took it to another mechanic and the work was done in less than an hour. I also had to take 3 days off work while they had my vehicle just so they could turn around and refuse to fix it More
