Hands down the worst dealer ever. GSM is a rude manager. They made a deal and day later called me to tell me the manager Ali was pissed off his salesman Kevin ( Kevin is only person I will give accommodati They made a deal and day later called me to tell me the manager Ali was pissed off his salesman Kevin ( Kevin is only person I will give accommodations of professionalism and great work ethics) made a “BAD” Deal. Julio who was rude as well had no say in making this deal but he is taking half of Kevin’s commission which I don’t approve of. Kevin should be only person getting any commission. I ask to speak with both GM’s and was told I would get a call back and never did. Not till we called multiple times fighting the fact that they agreed on a deal amd took it back they decided to honor the deal. Still after I was at dealer they took forever doing the paperwork which was done wrong 3 times and at the end they made me pay $600 cash as a hidden fee!! Freaking ridiculous and unprofessional! I have few NBA players as my clients and I will be letting Mr. Westbrook how shady and j professional his Staff is! 1 more thing, they charge me 6.9% APR after forcing me to finance a throw of the loan so they can get a kick back from the Bank. Totally fraudulent! Not happy at all. Will never do business with this GSM again! PS. I just purchased 3 of these commercial cab & chassis.I buy all the time. NO MORE!! More
