I was told my car was ready and when I pulled up to drive it away, all the dashboard indicators were still present and then the 2021 Jeep would not even start! I left work early, had friend drive me two hour it away, all the dashboard indicators were still present and then the 2021 Jeep would not even start! I left work early, had friend drive me two hours in traffic to pick it up and nothing but routine service had been completed. I’ve never written a bad review but you guys take the cake. More

They were able to accommodate me an appointment after the one I had placed via phone was not found in the system. Don’t bother calling for an appointment as it was the second time that they couldn’t find the one I had placed via phone was not found in the system. Don’t bother calling for an appointment as it was the second time that they couldn’t find the appointment in the system, they provide customer service when you actually show up and talk to an agent in person. They took two days for the car to be ready which was fine by me. My only issue is that I had to call after my text messages were not responded to in order to see the status of my car. Collecting my car didn’t take long and was pretty fast. More

I live 5 hours away from Westbrook Chrysler. I bought a 2021 4x4 Ram service body truck by phone. We got to the dealership, they had the truck on the lot cleaned, preped, filled with fuel and ready.
