A week or two just to look at my car. I needed a new engine two years ago and the whole process took seven months. Two years on and the engine is leaking oil. One of the bolts from the en I needed a new engine two years ago and the whole process took seven months. Two years on and the engine is leaking oil. One of the bolts from the engine had not been tightened properly from the repair. I’m told that I also need new valve covers and timing gaskets for $8000. 1/2 covered by warranty. Promised the car, then told it will be another week, then another week. Original technician is then fired and I’m told it’s the not the valve covers, it’s the valve gaskets and also the oil coolant is leaking. Now everything is under warranty at least, but it took five weeks to resolve. More

I bought a car outright from Van Nuys CDJR, paid a cash deposit, and was later harassed and threatened over an internal “social security error” they created; they refused to return my deposit, left me stra deposit, and was later harassed and threatened over an internal “social security error” they created; they refused to return my deposit, left me stranded 40+ miles from home, and treated me in a completely unprofessional, abusive manner. Russell Westbrook has owned this dealership since 2016, and neither he nor Nina would be happy to know how they handled any consumer this way—especially me. More
