Thank you for your response, Mr. Herrera. I appreciate you taking the time to reply. However, by the time your response was posted, the issue had already been resolved after several days, multiple emails, public reviews, and intervention from Chrysler Capital. The unfortunate part is that this situation should never have required that level of escalation. Returning a leased vehicle is a routine process, yet I was repeatedly turned away, given conflicting information, and ultimately told the dealership had "no room" to accept the vehicle. I hope my experience serves as an opportunity to review your lease return process and improve communication between your departments. No customer should have to go through what my family and I experienced simply to return a leased vehicle.
