I came in for an oil change and air filter replacement. They called me at 11:40 am to say my car was ready for pick up. I finished the transaction inside and they told me to wait outside while they pulled They called me at 11:40 am to say my car was ready for pick up. I finished the transaction inside and they told me to wait outside while they pulled up my car. 30 minutes later they told me they could not find my car. I waited 45 minutes for them to find my car, a full hour and a half after they told me it was ready for pick up. No apologies for their lack of respect for my time. I will not go there again. Oh and in addition to that, they charged me for the oil change even though it was under warranty. Obviously they returned my money but I had to check since the total was more than the estimate that was given. More

Going in for an oil change on my jeep gladiator was easy, I recommend going first thing in the morning when it’s less busy. It gets busier pretty quick but only took me about 90 minutes. I awarded a single star because I can’t submit no star/half star ratings. There’s no coffee/water in the vending machine / it doesn’t work, it will however take your money. The waiting room is a bas star/half star ratings. There’s no coffee/water in the vending machine / it doesn’t work, it will however take your money. The waiting room is a basketball cage... Last time we went neither their wifi or printer worked. More
