Benny was very efficient, but I had to wait 30 minutes for service department to bring the car to me and that was after I had to wander around to the service dept to ask where it was. The first person I for service department to bring the car to me and that was after I had to wander around to the service dept to ask where it was. The first person I asked just wandered off and didn't return. The second person was more helpful but still took 10 minutes to bring my car to me. Front desk does not communicate well with the backroom dept ! More

Well, for starters it would be nice if they explained things to you when you book the appointment like that it might take 2 to 3 days for diagnostics. Or that they plan on charging $220. Other dealership things to you when you book the appointment like that it might take 2 to 3 days for diagnostics. Or that they plan on charging $220. Other dealerships are quoting much less for the same service. And the reps I interacted with were less than helpful. I would never recommend Russell Westbrook to anyone. More
