Took in my car for service which was not complete. I am giving the service department the benefit of doubt that parts are in back order, which explains why the job is not completed. My rating is mostly based on how poor the communication is. If you can't guarantee a time for completion of work then don't! If you say you will update the customer then do so. More

Overall the buying experience was ok. I was rushed into taking delivery and signing paperwork at 10pm. I asked to wait until the morning but the salesperson insisted I take delivery that night. They did however deliver the vehicle to me which was nice. Additionally after the sale I never heard back from them. It would have been nice to get a call just to cover any questions I had and to ensure everything was fine with the vehicle. More
